The venue accommodates up to 24 tables for Chinese banquet seating, while theater-style arrangements host up to 300 guests. Its flexible design makes it ideal for conferences, annual meetings, product launches, corporate banquets, and international conventions.
IPANEMA / SAO PAULO / PANAMA BALLROOM
As refined extensions of the Caesar Ballroom, Ipanema Ballroom, Sao Paulo Ballroom, and Panama Ballroom feature flexible partitioning to create independent and comfortable meeting spaces. Ideal for mid-sized conferences, seminars, and training programs. Each ballroom accommodates up to 90 guests with adjustable seating arrangements to suit varying event requirements.
PAIWAN BALLROOM
Bright and welcoming, Paiwan Ballroom features expansive windows that invite natural daylight into the space. Fully equipped with projection systems, screens, and professional audio equipment, it is well suited for small meetings, training sessions, and workshops. Each event can be thoughtfully customized to meet specific needs.
OLUANPI BALLROOM
Defined by its understated and composed design, Oluanpi Ballroom provides a professional and efficient meeting environment. Ideal for executive meetings, board meetings, seminars, and private conferences, the venue is supported by a dedicated team ensuring seamless execution and productive outcomes.

Venue Description
- Venue rental includes standard meeting equipment: audio system, two microphones, one laser pointer, one whiteboard, notepads, pens, and bottled water. Additional equipment is available at an extra charge.
- Installation of additional equipment may affect seating configurations. Please contact the Sales Department for customized floor plan arrangements.
- Bookings shorter than a half-day or full-day session will still be charged at the applicable half-day or full-day venue rental rate.
