To ensure pet owners can travel with peace of mind, the hotel provides a complimentary pet rest area equipped with air conditioning and individual kennel-style enclosures, offering a safe and comfortable environment. A remote monitoring app is also available, allowing owners to check on their pets at any time.

  • Complimentary service. Advance reservation is required. 
  • Currently available for dogs and cats only. 
  • Pets are not permitted in guest rooms. Guide dogs are exempt from this policy.

Rules of Use

  • Guests are required to bring their own pet food, bedding, and related items according to their pet’s needs. 
  • A valid rabies vaccination certificate issued within the past two years must be provided prior to check-in for pet boarding. 
  •  For ease of supervision, pets are accommodated in individual kennel enclosures.
