- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to additional charges and hotel confirmation.
- In accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. A cleaning fee of NT$10,000 will be charged if smoking is detected. Guests who wish to smoke may use the designated outdoor smoking area beside the main entrance.
- Valid identification (ID card or passport) is required at check-in. Guests under 18 years of age must present a signed parental or guardian consent form.
- Parties, gambling, excessive drinking, drug use, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited in guest rooms. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation and report violations to the authorities.
- To ensure the safety and privacy of all guests, the operation of drones, aerial photography devices, or any similar high-altitude equipment is prohibited anywhere on hotel premises without prior approval.
- Superior Guest Room and Elegant Guest Room categories are designed for a maximum of two adults only. Additional guests, including infants and children, cannot be accommodated in these room types. Two-queen-bed room categories are available as an alternative option.
In accordance with the Standard Contract regulations issued by the Tourism Administration, a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation. Cancellation charges will be applied to the prepaid deposit in accordance with government regulations as follows ：
- Cancellation on the check-in date: 100% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation 1 day before check-in: 80% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation 2–3 days before check-in: 70% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation 4–6 days before check-in: 60% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation 7–9 days before check-in: 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation 10–13 days before check-in: 30% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation 14 days or more before check-in: No charge.
- Should the applicable government regulations be amended, the latest provisions of the Standard Contract issued by the Tourism Administration shall prevail.
To allow guests to travel with peace of mind, the hotel offers a complimentary pet resting area equipped with monitoring facilities, so owners can stay informed of their pet’s condition during their stay.

Important Notice:
- Pets are not permitted inside the hotel premises. Guide dogs are exempt from this policy.
- For ease of supervision, pets are accommodated in individual kennel enclosures.
- Guests are required to bring their own pet food, bedding, and related items according to their pet’s needs.
- A valid rabies vaccination certificate issued within the past two years must be provided prior to check-in for pet boarding.
