Lost & Found | Guest Lost Property Notice
Dear Guest,
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, Caesar Park Hotel Kenting will store any items found on the premises that are believed to have been left behind by guests for a period of six (6) months. The hotel shall not be responsible for compensation for any damage to lost items or for custodial liability.
If you wish to inquire about a lost item, please contact the hotel directly.
Claiming Lost Property
To claim a lost item, the claimant must provide proof of ownership, such as the reservation name, check-out date, and room number.
If the person claiming the item is not the owner, the claimant must present identification for both the owner and the authorized representative in order to complete the claim procedure.
- In-Person Collection:The owner or an authorized representative may collect the item at the hotel. A signature and contact information must be provided for verification purposes.
- Delivery Service:Lost items may be returned via TA-Q-BIN delivery service. Shipping fees will be charged to the recipient (cash on delivery).
Important Notes
- If the lost item is opened food or perishable goods, the hotel will not store the item and it will be disposed of immediately.
- All lost items will be categorized and stored by the hotel. Items that remain unclaimed after six months from the date found will be disposed of by the hotel.
